Yesterday, me and my family had gone to a restaurant for dinner. It was a newly opened restaurant and its ambiance was very nice. Food too was good. But, we didn't feel like visiting it again because of one thing... the people who served food and the manager had angry faces. My daughter of 10 years told me about it. She could make out how a person must be by reading their faces.
After that, even I noticed it and got the same feeling. Another restaurant where we go since last 12 years, the people there are very receptive and friendly. They play with kids, come to ask us how are we, etc. It is a welcoming environment.
